    1. Further dicussion on GFC/Senate policy?
    2. Parental/maternal leave for graduate students? Is this something we want to examine?
    3. J. Perlinger, proposal to change definition of external reviewer on defense committee
    4. Tess Ahlborn request to discuss funded graduate students that have external employment.  For example, if a student is supported by a GTA or GRA, and has another job, how do department's handle this?
    5. Discussion of orientation and any changes based on proposal from February
    6. Establish list of people willing to lead meeting in the event of the absence of the chair.

    1. N. Byers-Sprague, Comprehensive exam and proposal defense reporting
    2. Bylaws subcommittee - to review old 1998 document, need members
    3. Review MS and Graduate Certificate in Integrated Geospatial Technologies (sent via e-mail on 3-14-08)
