Comments:
- Most U.S. Federal agency programs require U.S. Citizenship.
- Some programs require submission of a letter of intent prior to the full application (for example, Homeland Security).
- Program announcements are usually available 2 - 3 months in advance of the deadline.
- Use COS (www.cos.com), Grants.gov (www.grants.gov), and Oak Ridge Institute for Science and Education (see.orau.org) for a broader search of fellowship opportunities, including those for non-U.S. Citizens.
