I teach a module that introduces Biomedical Engineering and Biomaterials. The goals of this module are to:

  • Explain the ethical concerns involved in designing and testing biomedical devices
  • Explain why polymer materials are desirable for certain medical applications
  • Describe the structure-property-processing relationships for polymer materials
